We have brought our vehicles here for almost 15 years, including multiple sets of tires, but the service has dropped dramatically in the past year. Oil change times have more than doubled. Have not put clips back on bottom cover correctly multiple times causing me to have to replace them. Last time, cover came loose on the interstate and was destroyed. Today, 1:30 pm appointment today. Well I was happy with my tire purchase at Neal and when I bought the tires im pretty sure I bought a package that includes free repair and rotation of the tires. So i make a appointment for tire rotation at 6000 miles so i take it in there Saturday for rotation only. I noticed my vehicle was parked back out front so I went to desk and ed told me it will be just a minute hes getting a estimate i responded estimate for what I came for rotation only and he says well you have several things that need attention like upper and low... read more
I love this place. They are fast, reasonably priced and their staff is friendly and helpful.
Ed Hair, service advisor, secured a place in his schedule for me in mid-afternoon after I had just come off the interstate with most of the oil drained out of my engine. Jay Chavez, shop manager, specified my problem and presented me with workable options as we were 50 miles from home. Ed and Jay were gentlemen and experts in supplying us with exactly what we needed in the most timely manner!
