I took my car in at the appointment that they set up, which was at 1 pm on June 27, 2025. Before I handed my key over, I let them know that there is a lot that needed to get done. If they could make sure that the exhaust and the A/C worked before I pick it back up after work. That would be great. Jay said we could do that. I have gone here for years. They are always courteous, never try to up-sell you anything and are fast.
If you are looking for a great and honest team, Neal Tire is one of the best in town.
We have been using Neal's for several years for oil changes and the service has been great. I was there on June 2nd and they recommended and quoted new tires. After discussing with my husband we called and ordered a more expensive tire than quoted and made an appointment for today at 8am. After waiting for 2 hours I decided to take a walk and noticed my car was in parking lot so I asked if it was ready and of course they were just getting ready to call me.
