Dropped car off with a nail in our tire after hours. Dropped it off after hours without any information and they sent a text right away in the morning before they even open to let me know they had it and we’re working on it. Had it patched up and back to me by 10:30 the next morning and for just 30 bucks! Terrific Customer Service!!
I took my car to Neal Tire in Bloomington for an alignment and was very pleased with Greg and Shorty whose professionalism made a routine service a very positive experience. I'll certainly return for future automotive needs.
On 8/26/25 I went to Neal tire and had my oil changed and my tires rotated. The did a great job and my bill was under $100.00. The staff was pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend their service.

So it's Saturday of a holiday weekend - 24 hours ago I got a message on dash that left rear tire was low on air. Took it to Neal Tire & Auto at 9:00 Saturday morning. They are booked solid and can't get me in until Wednesday (booked an appt then). Opted to check a couple of other local tire shops to see if I could get fixed before Wednesday. Another was also booked but the third got me in. Told me the nail in the tire was in a location that couldn't be patched. They also said a nick in the right rear tire had me living dange... read more
