My First experience with Pro Tire and Automotive: I came to Pro Tire and Automotive because I saw consistent high reviews. I just want to say the 4.6 Star Rating is far TOO LOW. The staff, the professionalism, the details of explaining what is wrong, and the price is everything you want in a mechanic shop. I highly recommend this place. Last month I was in an accident and they took care of repairing my car, right from the start they were incredibly kind, professional, and fast. On top of that, their pricing was very fair, which I truly appreciated during a stressful time. Yesterday I had another issue with a flat tire, and luckily I was nearby. My recent experience with Pro Tire and Automotive was great! I asked to make an appointment to bring my car in because the driver-side headlight on my car stopped working, and the replacement bulb I put in only worked/lasted for a few days. A third replacement bulb didn't work at all. Within 20 minutes of bringing my car in, I had a diagnosis (the previous owner had some headlight wiring spliced-in that was not holding up and needed replacing) and an appointment for getting it fixed.
