RecommendedWe had a new tire lose air . Neal attempted to repair it but it needs replaced. They worked us in even though many customers were there. They put our doughnut on and said it was no charge. We were shocked- we are not from Jacksonville had not purchased the tires from them so they had every right to charge us for their time. They made these 2 old peoples day . Kudos Neal Tire for your kindness!!

Went in for alignment. Was told my whole rack was shot. Wanted $1500. Long story short; rack is good. Don't trust these guys.
Called twice over a two week period looking for a rim and never received a phone call back. Called them again today for Brandon to tell me he couldn't find a rim and checked everywhere....made 2 phone calls and found one...not sure if they are lazy or just don't like making money but I will be taking my business elsewhere.
On Monday I got a call at work from my parents who are both in the upper eighties. They were headed out of Jacksonville on Morton ave and got a flat tire. I called Neal Tire and they immediately went and helped them. The cost to do this was cheap on top of that!!! Thank you Neal Tire!
