Love Dr Patel, But cannot get a phone call back from his assistant. I've called since Friday and also Monday, today is Wednesday and still no return call.
Dr. Patel is an engaging doctor who asks great questions and listens well.
Great bedside manner, professional, thorough, attentive and empathetic. Dr. Patel seems very knowledgeable in his field and took the time to understand my concern. He ordered additional testing so that he could fully understand how to proceed. The PA was very polite and helpful as well.

The nurse, Hannah, the doctor, Patel, and the office scheduling crew were all very friendly and efficient. The office is very conveniently located Dr Patel answered all my questions and clearly understood my condition. I would have given a 5 star rating, except for the 35 minute wait, for which the doctor immediately apologized, but admitted that it is the norm. I don’t like it when a practice prioritizes volume over patient consideration.
