Resolved my issues
Received a text the day before the procesure showing the cost $ has increased, called minutes after and didn't receive a call back explaining the increase. Showed up next day for the procedure, asked about it and simple answer was "it was a mistake...but the increased valeu is the correct one". So, good luck! Doctor Patel and his assistent were good.
