The bouquet that was presented to us was absolute garbage. it was nothing like what we had ordered. we had shown her pictures and she said she would send pictures back for progress to see how the bouquet was doing. but instead she presented us with a set of flowers that we did not pick out. Im told the owner is new so this is no reflection on what this florist shop used to be, but if you want to deal with a rude owner, who has no customer service skills, will charge you to fix her mistake for a bouquet that you SPECIAL ordered (picked out each flower WITH HER) for a WEDDING.......... this is your shop!!! Flowers that were not picked were in the bouquet, it was not the right theme that was agreed upon, and a few of the flowers that were picked initially were not in the bouquet at all.
