Dr Winzelberg is a pleasure. His office staff on the other hand need to go find other jobs. I understand that it gets busy and they might not get to the phone right when you call, but there should be a callback once you leave a message. I did not get a single callback. I switched insurances and my speciality pharmacy needs approval for Skyrizi. After trying and leaving messages for 2 weeks (it might even be more) I'm going to pull out of this practice. I'm overdue on my medication because of them, and this is not ok.
