I really love having Neal Harris as my HVAC and plumbing partner. I had both serviced today and both Austin (plumbing) and Delaney (HVAC) did amazing jobs today. They were here at different times, but both of them were punctual, professional, and thorough in their skill sets. A quick conversation with Delaney tells me that she really loves her job. Thanks for the service today!!!
Tech arrived on time and came well prepared. They were able to do a full service review and made a few recommendations to keep our system running. Being that it’s an older unit, we appreciated the options given - Delaney was polite, thorough and professional. We will continue recommending Neil Harris for AC/Furnace work.
