Josh and Ryan did a great job checking our furnace. They were also very knowledgeable and thorough discussing concerns with our aging furnace.
My thermostat went out, right at 5 years old. Cory showed up on time and ready to figure out how to fix the issue(s)! I'm thankful for his professionalism and for the quick fix that seemed reasonably priced. Thankful it wasn't a larger issue, for certain.
Our experience with Neal Harris has been nothing less than AWESOME! A few years back we purchased a new HVAC System and added the Advantage Service Plan. We were so glad to see the expert technition when he arrived. We had spent the entire last four days, melting. Within a matter of a few minutes, Daniel determined the problem, and had it repaired. I can say that I am sitting more comfortably in my living room writing the post, happily. The temp, is already coming down and we will be able to sleep comfortably tonight.
