I’ll say Neal Construction does good work, but they are very frustrating to work with. I would give them a 5-star for their work and a 1-star for their customer service, honesty, and integrity. First off, make sure you get a detailed scope of work that includes every detail. What doors they are going to paint, what cracks they are going to fix, etc. This is because once you’ve paid them the 50% down and they start the project they will say things weren’t included even if they had been discussed.
