Exceptional & professional. Mr. Braff and his team made my experience welcoming. I waited 3 minutes before being seen by Dr. Braff. He explain what would happen from start to finish. Always asking if I was alright (I was nervous.. been yrs since eye exam). Anyways, I'm so happy I went and finally did it. Thank you and your team for the exceptional work. You went above and beyond and I thank you wholeheartedly.
