This was the worst "medical" experience I've had in some time. I was referred to get a couple teeth extracted in preparation for partial dentures. Should be easy enough right? First the office didn't want to verify my insurance because I mentioned it was a Medicare advantage plan. When the day of the appointment came they had me sitting in the lobby for an hour while they finally got around to verifying it. Both of my kiddos have had surgery here and I can’t say enough how great the doctor always does. The whole staff helps make me and my children feel so comfortable. We have had quick and very great healing surgeries. I have moved out of Conroe but will definitely make the drive out here for future services if needed. Thank you Neagle oral and Maxillofacial!!!

Dr. Neagle is a great surgeon. After my implant he gave me his home number to call after hours if I needed anything. Name one other Doctor that cares that much. Weeks later I needed help on a Saturday but lost his number so I called the answering service. Within 5 minutes he called me from home, explained what happened and I decided to wait till Monday to get it fixed. His staff is excellent, polite, explain everything and a joy to be with.
