Probably the worst company I've ever dealt with. Tried to save some money by booking a cruise through their NEA Travel site, but ended up paying more, and getting terrible customer service. NEA should be reconsider attaching their name to this scam organization.
I applied for a personal consolidation loan and gave my personal information on line. I have not heard a response from them. now I fear I have been hacked and had to freeze all of my accounts and credit. My bad for giving out my personal info.
I’m with the Georgia office and got into a horrific situation where I was not being treated fairly and contacted them for days left voicemails and still have heard nothing. I want to cancel and call the member number they swear they can’t help that the Georgia office has to AND NO ONE ANSWERS. Going to figure out who I can call to report this to
