Ok I’ve been going through this for a few months now. I have 2 NEA insurance policies which I pay days ahead of time. Lately I’ve been getting emails and letters stating that my membership is in danger of being canceled. I spoke with a rep. and she sent me forms to fill out for a NEA retired membership. Probably the worst company I've ever dealt with. Tried to save some money by booking a cruise through their NEA Travel site, but ended up paying more, and getting terrible customer service. NEA should be reconsider attaching their name to this scam organization.
I applied for a personal consolidation loan and gave my personal information on line. I have not heard a response from them. now I fear I have been hacked and had to freeze all of my accounts and credit. My bad for giving out my personal info.
I’m with the Georgia office and got into a horrific situation where I was not being treated fairly and contacted them for days left voicemails and still have heard nothing. I want to cancel and call the member number they swear they can’t help that the Georgia office has to AND NO ONE ANSWERS. Going to figure out who I can call to report this to
If I could give negative stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! When it came to booking flights, they lied to me several times and refused a refund when I couldn't pick my seats.
