Another Horrible experience My granddaughter lives in Pocahontas and needed emergency transport. The ambulance service refused to provide transport to Jonesboro and insisted they deliver her to Little Rock. What a significant indicator of the poor quality health care at Jonesboro. We can pray for changes in a facility where so many could benefit from high quality health care!
This had to be one of the worst hospitals I've ever been to. I took my 9 month old in for an extremely high fever. Waited 3 hours in the waiting room with 2 other people. Spent another 2 hours in a room and was told there was only one doctor on staff, which is normal for this place. They told me it would probably be another 2 hours before another doctor would be in and they didn't think we would be seen any sooner. That would make it a minimal 7 hour wait just to see a doctor, which I'm sure would be a 5 minute visit. I was ... read more
