The room was absolutely DISGUSTING. The ER doctor was very dismissive to my husband. I wouldn’t go back to this ER if I was dying and it was the last one on the Earth. They do not clean the ER. If they do, someone needs fired.
January 3rd, 2025 I went here for pelvic pain and bleeding in my pregnancy. I was brushed off and asked if this was my “first pregnancy” over and over. As if I didn’t know pregnancy symptoms. I never experience the symptoms I had constant bleeding and pain daily with my first pregnancy. I told them my last period was November 12th and my positive pregnancy test was December 23rd They were also packed that day and were rushing me. Horrible
We had to make a visit to the ER while on vacation from Michigan. Every single person we interacted with was super nice, attentative and very professional. Our total visit was 1.5 hours. If we were in Michigan, guaranteed a minimum of 5 hours. Their medical system is very flawed. NEA Baptist ER was above and beyond. Thank you Dr Rust and staff!!
