I was a previous member of this workout center and it is not a bad place for a workout at all. It isn't as flashy as some of the other centers in town but it has all the basic necessities to get a workout in at some point in the day. They have weights, cardiovascular equipment, locker rooms, a small pool, and rooms to do specialized workouts. The hospital also puts on events there occasionally too. It was never too busy when I visited but I would usually go in the early morning. Overall, not a bad fitness center.

Excellent place for working out while you are in a business traveling. They open earlier (5am), they have a good deal prince per week if you are staying in the hotels around the area, people are awesome. Great services. Facility is amazing clean, great mood, equipment are up to date. It Worth the visit.

I’ve been a member of the Wellness Center for many years and the atmosphere is laid back and friendly. The staff and personal trainers are top notch and voted “Best of the best” in Jonesboro repeatedly for a reason. They’re the BEST!
