Loved the cold plunge & infrared with red light! I had the best day afterward with increased energy and mental clarity.
I had never tried Fire Cupping before and when I pulled a muscle affecting the alignment of my jaw, I gave fire cupping a try! Will never look back as this is amazing. Along with fire cupping I have done dynamic body balancing for my jaw. It’s amazing and much needed some days! Highly recommend NE Wellness to all my friends!
