Beautiful location inside casino but both interactions I had with the receptionist, Jennifer, were incredibly rude and condescending. Looking forward to a third try another day.

I got The Signature Née Package today and could not be more pleased (Toni was excellent!). I’ve been to many spas in the Four States and beyond but today was my first experience at Downstream. The spa is upscale and peaceful and they put guest comfort first. The products they use are natural and beautifully scented (but not overwhelmingly so). I can’t recommend Née Spa enough!
Very nice facility . Nice lady . 90 minute deep tissue .. but however i left feeling like every time i leave the casino , luke warm experience , and much lighter in my wallet....visited 5/11/24.
