I used to be a patient with Northeast Medical Group until Dr. Rachelle Darout/Andre discharged me from the entire Yale New Haven Health group, because I wanted a different PCP. Why? Because she essentially called me a hypochondriac and referred me to a psychiatrist instead of ordering the blood test I requested (which she told me she did order and came back normal). There is no dr that cares as much as Dr Darout she is literally the best dr we ever had, The office on the other hand isn't the best They never answer the phone and if I leave a message 9 times out of 10 they never call back that's my only Complained.

Dr. Darout is an outstanding professional. Has always responded immediately to any message sent to her from me. She is kind and really listens to me. She takes the time to talk and understand what is going on in my life. I highly recommend her and this practice.
Dr. DAROUT is terrible I have never been treated this way by a doctor! She's rude unprofessional and is only in it for the check she does not care for her patients. I've never had a Doctor make me feel as if I was a bother and have to many medical issues until Dr Darout She also told me one of my diagnosis Fibromyalgia was not real !
