As someone with a chronic illness, I’ve dealt with a lot of doctors, good and bad. My experience with Dr. Wilcox was extremely disappointing. I am on the younger side and he dismissed my issues immediately. I have 4 disc herniations in my cervical spine, shown on MRI. Dr. Wilcox didn’t even look at my MRI itself, only the report. I explained to him I was in a lot of pain, I had numbness all down my arm, weakness in the hands, and my overall quality of life was extremely affected.
