Sad to say have to agree with some other commenters. This used to be a trustworthy shop. I have taken my cars there for many years and Jacob and Rob were great. I do not think they are there any longer. My daughters car would not start (electrical was clearly working as windows, fan etc would work) and there was a check engine light on just no cranks when you turn over the key - even a jump did not help. These people are completely incompetent and don't communicate pricing on anything. I dropped my car off because I had a warning light and asked them to just see if they could tell me generally what was wrong. I was never told that would be a specific price and never called to be told that some in depth diagnostic test would be needed. I come to pick up my car and they decided that I owed them $140 for a test I never approved.
