0 Stars. Since Swan was bought out by them it has all went downhill. Customer service, the pick up's not happening and the work is not great. Nader was the only person I ever communicated with and trusted and he is also no longer there. The only thing I enjoyed about this lab was the friendly driver.
Our local lab (Swan Dental) was bought by this company. I made the mistake of giving them a shot at our business. The business model is the exact opposite of Swan Dental Lab. We had problems right away. Communication is horrible and they are extremely unorganized. No one there cares enough to reach out if a case is running late (or they can't find it). You have to physically call them (like you work there). I would strongly suggest that you steer clear of this lab.

Great Lab and Quick! We have been using this lab for couple years and had good experience and they are reasonable with their prices! Good customers service as well when you ask questions or need help with a case!
