Poor on shade selection. Have had to return multiple crown & veneer cases, even with sample shade sent along. Disappointed. Don’t recommend this lab for cosmetic crowns and veneers.
Poor on shade selection. Have had to return multiple crown & veneer cases, even with sample shade sent along. Even after sent back it still comes back not a match. Unacceptable. We have lost patients due to this and they are now losing our business.

This is a terrible dental lab. I was using them for a faster turn around time for crowns with teeth that are attached to partials. Today they sent back a crown with an open margin on the model. I couldn’t believe it but it really was that bad even in the mouth. I tried them for dentures a few years back and they were more than 5 millimeters thick.
