I have been extremely disappointed and feel cheated by this company. They were difficult to work with, didn't have great set ups, and now I feel completely cheated. Even though I explained to them I was new to working with their company, they still took my $6000 with no return on my investment. Not what they used to be. Nsequence was great. NDX doesn't have the attention to detail the former lab had.
