Had to get a custom shading through them for my crown and the shade was so wrong that the dentist was unable to complete the appointment. The woman spent about 30 seconds taking pictures of my tooth to get the right shade and the shade didn’t match ANY of my teeth. She did an absolutely horrible job. I already lost out on two days of work because of your mistake and now I have to take off more to get it done again. Horrible service, don’t waste your time!

I had to go multiple times for a color match. I moved to another state and I asked if I could get the color match results and they wouldn't give them to me.

I wouldn’t recommend this lab to ANYONE. They have horrible customer service and even more horrible communication. My dentist sent my scan for a crown to them on 8/13. After waiting 3 weeks, my dentist called the lab to find out they had cancelled the order. No true reason, and NO communication to the dentist or to me. We resubmitted the order and called back 1 week later to find out that they still hadn’t even started on my crown because they wanted a new scan.
