I am in my 50th year of practicing dentistry in an ethical manner. I am a ’74 Graduate of the University of Michigan. I have founded and sold two separate private practices. I give to NDX Ideal lab the highest recommendation. They are perhaps in the top three labs I have had business with over those 50 years. Please NM Dentist stay away from this terrible lab. Everything we sent them was either poorly made or the shade was off. We have over 18 redo and when we called them up Natasha would get defensive and want to argue. We switched to Cosmetic lab in Albuquerque and the work is excellent, prices are great and the turn around is so much faster. Please don't use this lab!!!!!!!! I wish I could give them zero stars

If you are a Dentist do not use this lab. I worked with them for a few weeks and EVERY case was done extremely poorly. I could not be more disappointed with the work they have done for us. This case in specific was done in full cross bite and this was after doing a tooth try in (looked great) and wax rim.

This is the worst Dental Lab in the country. Unfortunately the lab technicians do not have the capability to provide quality work. I had a case that the pt could not come to get his denture due to medical complications in his life. He came in 6 months later and the denture was in complete crossbite. The lab would not issue refund and would not work with us to provide new one. I had to pay another lab to have the work done.
