Poor quality material. Terrible customer service. Would definitely not recommend using them as a lab. I worked in an office for 2 years, and while I worked in that office, several providers had crowns fracture (full contour zirconia, emax, etc). So many crowns were fracturing that the office ended up switching labs entirely. The company's warranty is only for the provider who did it. So if a provider leaves the office, is out on medical leave, etc, and the patients crown fractures, the new provider is responsible for paying ... read more
