Here to add another 1 star review for their collection. NDT supply is not a customer service oriented company. It has been a nightmare since day 1. I highly suggest going with any other NDT supplier but this one. Not only are they rude, they are also unhelpful. You place an order and then no one is willing to help get an update or status on the orders. They'll send rude emails as well. Not a company I would recommend to ANYONE.

Had a lot of difficulty placing an order online. The order didn't go through and I couldn't figure out why. Turns out there was a minimum $50 order and I wasn't buying enough, so there was a $25 service charge, which I think is ridiculous. Anyway, I didn't receive a notice why my order hadn't finalized, I just noticed that it hadn't arrived after several days. From there, I e mailed the company and no one responded. I ordered 4 items that were 3 pounds and would all fit in a small pox. I asked for UPS ground for shipping. Cost was 57 dollars for merchandise and 45 dollars for shipping! The shipping was not provided at check out but their VP emailed me and explained it is very clear in their terms and conditions that the buy is responsible for the shipping no matter how ridiculous it is. Be very careful when ordering from NDT supply. I ordered a book for $29, requested UPS ground for cheapest freight. I was charged over $50 total. So $29 for the book that weighs about one pound and over $20 for shipping. Protect yourself and get your shipping costs up front.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews first. This place is a fraudulent organization and they will lie and misrepresent the truth to get your money. I ordered some items from Canada. They were 195.00 American. That’s what it said when I did the online checkout. Only to find out later it was 225.00 American because of shipping. There was nothing in the online check out saying I would be gouged another 30 American. On top of that. Customs held me hostage for another 80 dollars to clear customs.
