Had a lot of difficulty placing an order online. The order didn't go through and I couldn't figure out why. Turns out there was a minimum $50 order and I wasn't buying enough, so there was a $25 service charge, which I think is ridiculous. Anyway, I didn't receive a notice why my order hadn't finalized, I just noticed that it hadn't arrived after several days. From there, I e mailed the company and no one responded.
