Recently had NDS do work on my house including re-tiling a bathroom. To do this they removed the vanity from the wall and replaced it. After this there was leaking from under the vanity enough to cause the base of my vanity to swell and crack as well as water damage to the newly installed baseboards. When I called Sandy he was immediately very defensive saying it was not their fault and complained that I was calling him almost 2 weeks after the work was finished. Tried to reach out got a reply then it stopped. Guess they dont need new customers we were needing a new contractor for a commercial space. We own several others and investment properties and was just needing someone new after our last contractor didn't complete the work and tried to keep 35k on another project we own.
