Great session! After the session my mobility (knee problems) was much better and other problem areas were noticeably improved. I would definitely recommend.

Every session is tailored to what I need, and I can honestly feel the progress. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing and cares about your recovery, I can’t recommend her enough!
She is great. Her way is different which makes it so amazing and she absolutely hits the sore spots every time. I‘m happy that I finally found a great massage therapist in the RVA area after trying countless ones the past 3 years.
The service was amazing. My knee was swollen and painful to bend it. When I got up from that table there was NO pain and no limp.
Just amazing.. and the best I've experienced with my massages.
