Richard is the most unprofessional, passive aggressive, rude, stubborn and disrespectful “support” worker I’ve ever had. He asks all his clients to give him 5 star reviews like I did for him in the past and have now removed. Todays appointment with him was horrible to say the least. he was rude, angry and digging into me about my personal problems that I’m dealing with currently. very motivated and positive man, willing to open up possibilities and organize help and care for his clients.
I highly recommend. Richard has been a great support worker for me. Very reliable and friendly.
