The clean itself was done well, however for the price we paid ($627), the overall experience was disappointing. After payment, I was informed by our property manager (not the cleaning company directly) that a few small items had been left behind (including a protein bar and mop head), and that there would be an additional $100 charge to dispose of them. They booked to start my cleaning and then never turned up. No call… no text… I was honest and let them know there were cameras on the property before they quoted me so they felt comfortable. I could have said nothing but that’s dishonest. They booked my job regardless and were ready to start. On the day they didn’t turn up! After lots of messages and calls from me they finally text me back the NEXT day saying that they didn’t want to do the job because of the cameras! Very strange… but I was certainly not happy!
