I will never forget get this doctor. I pulled my back exercising and was in extreme pain. She treated me like a lying drug addict looking for drugs. It wasn’t until I brought her stereotypical behavior to her attention after multiple visits that she decided to order xray and provide pain management. Her bedside manner is horrible.
Dr. Mbride is an exceptional physician who consistently demonstrates a high level of care and professionalism. She is attentive, approachable, and always willing to answer my questions thoroughly. Her friendly and personable demeanor creates a welcoming environment, and she takes the time to ensure that I feel heard and supported during every visit. I am completely at ease in her care and highly value the trust and comfort she fosters.
When I went there because my ears were stuffed, and asked her could I get a referral to an ENT she blew me off and said well they’re going to say the same thing I said. She couldn’t even diagnose me. Turns out the ENT did not say the same thing she said. It was from allergies and the ENT gave me medication for it to go away. I will never go back to her. I don’t like her at all. The rudest doctor I have ever met and her nurse is rude as well.

She is the reason I will not be returning to Kelsey. Judgmental, unprofessional remarks and facial expressions, did not educate me on a concern or thoroughly listen to my concern. I had been going to Kelsey for 3-4 years and never had a bad experience. Called after my visit to speak with a supervisor and ended up speaking with one of her nurses who was rude, cut me off when I asked to speak with a supervisor and intentionally disconnected the call.
