The first time they didn't show up for the scheduled appointment. Of course, I had to call them back to find out why. Finally got it rescheduled after more phone calls. When the tech showed up, he moved all the furniture around, and asked for payment (even though it'd been pre-paid.) He left, leaving all the furniture moved all over the house and WITHOUT CLEANING THE DUCTS. Several phone calls later, and still no remedy in sight.
