Spammers, break Canadian anti-spam laws, and lastly, use some stupid mailing list offering services totally irrelevant to my company. Domain blocked.
This is worst company i have seen. No customer support, no real support to customer. Everybody should avoid this company.
It is impossible to get anyone at any level of the company on the phone. They have had my equipment for week for an expedited calibration, and will not respond to emails or voicemails.
We ordered a Bench LaserMike from NDC and the order has been delayed three separate times. There has been ZERO communication from our account manager at NDC and no effort to rectify the issue. Extremely disappointing. Order your equipment from a different vendor.
