No Messing around show up 1 hour before appointment and these folks get it done.
Checking in took a bit of time for someone to see me. The guy who checked me in was nice. I got her 50 minutes before my appointment. I'm now 2 hrs after my appointment time and still waiting for them to get the dock emptied from other drivers that got here before me. (No idea when their appointment was). Just had the last driver before me back into the door im waiting on. So when you come here bring drink and food. You WILL be here awhile. At least in my case.
Lazy and rude. The bold black guy at the receiving stage has a horrible attitude looks like he hates his job or something. Still not gonna let negative people like him ruin my day. Keep on smiling and enjoying my day.
A very bad company! The people working at the unloading dock are terrible!
