Underwhelming customer service… The response below lacks humility and self reflection. A cancellation policy is not customer service- they are separate things. I understand that people perceive things in different ways. A great place with highly skilled and efficient staff. They are warm and friendly too. The atmosphere is relaxing. I was incredibly comfortable during the treatment. Best spa pedicure I have ever had, Kate really spent time removing all the different hard skin and leaving my feet the softest they have been in years. The brow tint (first time experience) is the best too.
