very good company .we purchased the dreamscience i map for our fiesta mk8.5 unfortunately the car has been back to get warranty work done twice so we never used it .when we did go to use it months later we had a problem and neil helped get the imap unit swapped for the correct one my fault . we purchased off there ebay shop and delivered in 2 days . i would fully recommend this company all the best robert
I had a problem with my order and contacted them. They were extremely quick to respond and found a solution to the problem. They try their best to help and answer questions thoroughly. I recommend with both hands. I have two orders from them and the quality is up to par.
Don’t purchase anything from them. I ordered a parts from them, the money was taken and then I don’t receive any emails or something that I should know about the purchase like information, delivery date and etc. When you try to email them they just don’t answer to it. Now I’m trying to get my money back!

Ordered a cobra exhaust from ND Tuning, Neil didn't have any in stock at the time, once I contacted him the sheer honesty from the beginning was something else. This man went above and beyond to help, customer service on point throughout. Alot of businesses could benefit from a lesson in customer service from Neil. Still the exhaust was delivered and now fitted and one happy customer. Will be coming back to ND Tuning in the near future. Top marks.
