I had surgery on my hip 2 years ago for an injury that took place 4 years prior to this and I was told that I wouldn't be able to play sport again. I have been seeing Nikhil monthly for just over a year now and we are at a point where people wouldn't think that I have had any issues with my hip at all. My hip is now the best it has ever been over the last 6 years. I wouldn't be where I am today without him and I also feel like I could get back to sport again with his continued support.
We have seen Nikhil now for a few issues, he has been fantastic in helping to diagnose and provide a course of exercise for recovery. He is also good at following up to check in so provides great aftercare, would highly recommend
I started seeing Nikhil a few months ago because of my severe back and neck pain for over a year. Additionaly, being diagnosed with FND, I wanted to try and strengthen and condition my muscles as much as I could. From my very first session with Nikhil, he has always given me 5 star treatment. I’ve seen many physio’s for my issue, and found Nikhil has by far been the best. He’s very knowledgeable, hard working, and I’ve seen big improvement since working with him. I was struggling to see any progress with previous physio’s, but since seeing Nikhil I’m finally moving in the right direction. Highly recommend
