I especially want to recognize Mr. Scott, the manager. He was extremely understanding, professional, and compassionate. He took the time to listen to me and made me feel like my concerns actually mattered. That kind of customer service is hard to find.
Kind and knowledgeable staff went above and beyond to help us solve an issue.
Great service nice people. But wish they had a drive-up window. It's a long walk from the handicap parking to the pharmacy inside the Family Fare Grocery.
Im from a bigger city with only chain pharmacies. I’m used to waiting 2-3 hours or 1-2 days for routine medicines after pestering and requesting over and over. Not here! And heads up, when you call their number, A REAL PERSON ANSWERS!! I always brag how insane it is that I can have my prescriptions sent over and ready by the time I leave my appointment. They are on it always, super sweet and not judgmental. They stay going the extra mile!! Awesome team here.
