When I walked in the door I asked if they did designs and they told me yes. When the girl was almost done she told me she couldn’t do designs.. when I paid and was leaving she said they had people that could do them next time.. next time! She did not offer to fix it now! Cut me twice! I paid 150 for my feet and my nails and that’s not including the tip for something that was worth half that!

The lady hurt me, rushed my fill, gave me the messiest set ever. So sad and disappointed with the service. And very over priced. Nothing like what I asked for but she’s rude and pushy I was too shy just wanted to get out of there. Almost cried at my results I had to fix the shape myself they were so uneven.

I went in for a pedicure and fill as a long time client. The tech who did my pedicure did a horrible job that left me with a ingrown nail, infection and now my nail is falling off. I let them know and they did not apologize nor offer a refund which is the least they can do for the carelessness. Unfortunate because I had been going in for several years and Nina does great on acrylics. I won’t be going back. Take your business elsewhere

I went for gel medi pedi. I was able to get mani, I waited nearly 45 minutes for a pedi while tech played on her phone. I really appreciated their work but as far as the customer service, I was highly disappointed with.

The nail techs here were previously at a dif location but when they left I followed them to this new shop. It's never too busy, but def recommend calling to set an appointment. I'm always happy with my nails, no complaints. Cathy is the best
