I'm adding to my first review which is below this one. I recently bought my second hair topper from Ness. I've had my first topper for 2 1/2 years and it is still in very good condition. I posted my first review just after purchasing my first topper and just wanted to now say that I'm just as happy with it 2 1/2 years later. Ness is an incredible Wonder Woman! I walked in after dealing with hair thinning for 20 years - a huge confidence knocker. Straight away Ness understood exactly what I was feeling, made me feel comfortable, and had so many options to choose from. Honestly had the best appointment with you today Ness. You are always so down to earth and caring and funny!! I feel like my old self again with a new topper.
