This business is awful. They do not care about the people they rent to or the properties they manage. I was an ideal tenant in one of their buildings. I paid rent on time, I was quiet and very clean. I left with the understanding that I would have my deposit sent to me in the mail. As of today (2 months later) they have stopped returning my calls. With all that is going on in the world right now stealing individuals’ money to support poor corporate management is distasteful at best. This is a shady business to say the least.... read more
Leased with this company for many years due to the affordable rental rates and the thriving area. In those years I received unprofessional customer service from both the leasing office employees and the management company. This could be a great company if they hired more professionals and followed the rules as governed by a state laws.
