ND construction put replaced my roof Contacted ND construction and salesman concerning leaky roof got no call back or resolution.
I had my roof replaced July, 2019 and discovered a leak appoximatley one year later in my living room. I have attempted to contact someone at ND Construction multiple times, specifically Brad Harris without getting any resolution to my problem. This company's work is supposedly under warranty. Right now all I am in possession is a worthless piece of paper. Do NOT do business with this company if you're looking for a reputable roofer. Next stop, Small Claims Court.

I have met with a Supervisor and it was determined that the issue was not with the roof itself but with the chimney cap. The representative was gracious enough to caulk around the chimney and resolve an issue unrelated to the roof installation. At this point I would like to withdraw my complaint and state that I am currently satisfied by the work performed by ND Construction.

I am super disappointed. They were nice guys but the work is insufficient. Back in August we paid $29,000 for a new roof, steel double doors & 3 new windows. They tried getting away with installing windows that were too small by cutting small pieces of wood to secure the fit. We made them replace them and the new windows were much better, however, they didn't finish sealing them. They installed a pair of steel doors but we can see light coming in from the sides. Fantastic company! They are very hardworking people whom accommodate estimates to an affordable price.They did a great job and finished super fast.
Do not use this company! They use an inferior product and do not solve any of your issues if you have already paid. There is no warranty no matter what they say. A tree fell on my house during the hurricane in September. A year prior to this incident, I had my roof replaced by another company. The inspector Quang from ND Construction came out to price the work. Which I then scheduled them to proceed with the repairs the following week.
