we had water getting in behind the siding on the back wall and it was starting to mess with the trim. ND Buzz came out and instead of just covering it they pulled the old siding and figured out where the water was coming in first. they did the full house in hardie board and fixed the spot that was letting water through. no more soft spots now and the whole back of the house looks solid. the price was fair for how much they took on and they stuck to the timeline they gave us
new James Hardie siding on the whole house and it looks like a totally different place now. color is sharper than i expected, edges are clean around the windows and the corners line up properly which the old siding never did. we got a couple quotes around Vernon Hills before landing on ND Buzz and they were the only ones who didnt try to hard-sell us on stuff we didnt need. the texture of the boards feels solid too, not that cheap plasticky vinyl feel our last siding had. they also redid the fascia since some of it was soft ... read more
The estimate process was easy and they answered a lot of questions without making me feel rushed.Day of ,the crew showed up early and stayed organized the whole time. The siding looks great and the color matched exactly what we picked out. Cleanup was through too which I appreciated since we have a smaller yard.
They replaced all the siding on our two story colonial with Hardie plank. Went with a darker gray this time around and it made a huge difference - the old beige was so washed out. The install itself looks solid, everything lines up and the corners came out nice and tight. Funny how just changing the siding makes you notice every other thing you want to update next.
