I could not recommend NCV Sales enough! Great service from George over the weekend. Super straightforward and easy purchase. I bought a VW Caddy van from here in 2020 , used all my savings and hoped it’d be my dream van. On the way back from the garage the engine set on fire, it went back in and had the engine replaced. Very unprofessional work. I read bad reviews about them from other customers, I thought that customers were too capricious, I didn't believe them and I regret it. In February of this year I bought a car from NCV sales. I paid the deposit immediately. The salesman said that he would call me within a week to go and pick up the vehicle. That week passed, but no one called. The second week I went to the store. The car wasn't there. The explanations were that it was in the service center to be serviced. Another week passed. I purchased quite an expensive van from here VW T6.1 and I have had no end of problems. The vehicle was sold to me with a fresh MOT yet the horn and buttons on the steering wheel were inoperative (MOT failure) also the oil light kept coming on. Window wipers were worn Jet washers were useless Near side wing mirror was loose Rubbish spray job. Carpet lining was the best bit of work on the van and that was done by an outside company.
