I’m not typically one for reviews…but when it comes to my feathered babies, i most definitely am reviewing to save someone else. To be clear, i couldn’t see my normal avian vet because they were booked out for the next two weeks and my bird seemed sick. The “4 year vet student” had no personality or emotion. When she asked me about his watery “droppings” she also asked how his urine was..if you know anything about birds, it all comes out in one. Dr. Yen-Tse (Jerry) Wu is an incredible, empathetic vet.
This is truly an amazing, world-class hospital. A huge shout out to Dr. Lehnhardt and the rest of the staff. Their expertise and compassion is incredible. We came to them under emergency circumstances when our sweet boxer presented with heart failure. We were in their ER after hours. Not only was the ER team incredible in explaining our treatment options, they were able to call in their absolutely amazing cardiology team to help with diagnostics and further treatment.
