Can not imagine why there is any more than a 1 stars. Never can get anyone on the phone. Dont bother calling.
Literally can’t even make a payment because their developers can’t create a functional index. After being on the phone for an hour they refused to give me any form of proof that they could not process my request.
Went to pay a traffic fine online and the final total didn't match the total listed when I paid. Only after paying (they don't tell you anywhere during the payment process) and digging through their FAQ do I find they have a "convenience" fee for paying fines online, but it doesn't list anywhere how much that actually is. From other reviews it seems that actually contacting them is a nightmare too. They never answer their phones I would be fired from my job if I ever had someone on hold for a hour to pay a bill like seriously
