Our clients enjoy flexible schedules starting at 5am M-F!! one of the things that make our workouts different is that each time you complete a workout you receive a complimentary stretch from one of our licensed massage therapists. Bottled Water, Fresh Fruit and towels are also complimentary with your membership!!

Marcus pushes you to do your best, yet he is reasonable in his expectations and cognizant of your limitations. Though I HATE exercise, I look forward to going to Ncognito in the evenings. Thanks Marcus. Keep up the good work.
Had my first workout session today and I am very pleased. Great gym and people. My workout so far has pushed me to a level that I can handle and feel comfortable with for a first session. I'm looking forward to pushing myself more with the guidance of my trainer. Thank you

I have never been more happier with a personal trainer then I am with Marcus. From the beginning Marcus has taken his time to get to know me and really pay attention to how I do in my workouts showing me the right form and when to push harder or to take a break. I bought a package of massages and then they stopped offering massage and would not refund me anything. Not cool.
I was traveling from New Hampshire saw that walk ins were welcome so decided to stop in. I have been suffering with terrible back pain for years. After one hour of the best deep tissue massage I have ever had my back pain was gone. I am mediately took a picture of his business card and sent it to all of my friends in the area. Thank you again I feel so much better!!!
