Can’t say enough good words about this gym. If there was a 6 star option, I’d definitely be choosing that. The community here is truly unique and people become like family quick. The gym is always clean and well organized. I’ve never seen a CrossFit gym as ascetically pretty as this one. The coaches are all friendly and knowledgeable. There’s lots of class time offerings to be flexible with your schedule. If you want to change your life for the better go drop in. You won’t regret it.
I can't say enough about how great this gym is. I was hesitant to start crossfit, but I'm glad I gave it a shot at NCMVMT. The community built here is unlike anything I've been a part. The coaches here will go the extra mile to make sure you are the best you can be. The culture of the gym is supportive and everyone is rooting for each other. If you are on the fence, just try it. You won't regret it! I am proud to be a member at NCMVMT!
